Unfortunately no artifacts are left from this effort, which looking back was my first real information architecture work. Recruited by the media department at DDB Needham to help Cigna build their first website, we worked together to quickly create a new way for Cigna to service their customers. The navigation and layout was probably terrible given our knowledge at the time, but the process we used wasn't too different from what I do today.
