This project required diving deep into the content as well as going far inside the heads of the customers. Scientists come to this site to find silicones that will improve the performance of disparate products, uncover ideas for new products, or find a specific piece of technical data. Content that was originally produced without regard for how customers would use it was rearranged to facilitate real-world activities.
